Tom Elliott - Founder of Wild Pacific Fish

Dear Friends,

As with all food you consume, it is of vital importance to the health of the planet as well your own, to know as much as possible about the fish you eat. The best way for consumers to take action in any area of concern in their life is to arm themselves with knowledge.

 One fisherman’s story . . .

From trout streams in the Rockies to Pacific waters from Mexico to Alaska, I have been fishing for most of my life.  And I enjoy eating fish every bit as much as catching them. As a health conscious individual, I understand the importance of wild caught fish in the human diet, with its rich source of protein and incomparable Omega profile. Here I am with a 15 Kg Bull Dorado I caught in Baja…

I am gravely concerned about the dire state of our oceans and marine life today. I am acutely aware of the danger that irresponsible fish farming poses to the environment and the toxic threat it poses to our health. I realize the urgent need for broad, sustainable wild fish management policies in order to meet growing global demand.

I founded Wild Pacific Fish Company to share my passion for wild fish with you so that you too can enjoy this incredibly precious and delectable resource.  And I want you to know as much as possible about your fish, from the time it leaves the water to the time it reaches your palate.

Wild Pacific Fish Company Mission Statement
